Julie London
Around Midnight
DOL 1267FC – import LP on limited BLUEcolored vinyl
Famous in the 1950’s for her “femme fatale” film roles, her hit “Cry Me a River”, and her voice of a rare sensuality, Julie London recorded dozens of albums with covers worthy of the finest pin-up imagery, and silky repertoire, whispered by the sultry redhead into the ear of tuxedoed gentlemen sipping champagne. A sexy interpreter of standards with a polished jazz touch, Julie London is unmistakably from another era.
