- CUT BY KEVIN GRAY & PRESSED AT RTI ON VIRGIN GOLD VINYL!
PRIME BUCK!
The sound of a country music superstar hitting his stride, a collection of his best material (and biggest hits!) performed with the incendiary Buckarooshis long-time band replete with the Telecaster talents of legendary axeman Don Rich alongside Owens own fire-filled guitar work. A must-have LP, pressed at RTI, on colored vinyl!
Taking its name from the unprecedented double-sided #1 country single, the Together Again/My Heart Skips a Beat album established Buck Owens as a top-tier country artist. The two title tracks spent several weeks chasing each other up the country charts in 1964, even switching the #1 and #2 positions in consecutive weeks and then switching back again! Beyond those two classic tracks, the album is filled with other charting singles and well-known songs like Hello Trouble, A-11 and Close Up The Honky Tonks.
