NEW CD
PNV Records
PNV Records brings you another essential Pinoy punk classic. 3RD Offense was released by pioneering Filipino Punk band the Philippine Violators in 1994 on cassette only. The cassette has never been re-issued and never been available outside the Philippines. That is until now. This is the first ever reissue of the classic slice of Asian Punk Rock and available on CD for the first time. Awesome catchy buzz saw Ramones influenced full throttle speed punk.
