Description
Johnny Cash is one of those rare artists that doesn’t need an introduction. And if he needed one, he would just say “Hello, I’m Johnny Cash”. This Music On Vinyl compilation could not be titled more aptly, because you are getting 16 of Cash’s biggest hits.
The songs range from I Walk The Line (recorded in the Sun Studios in 1956), Ring of Fire (written by his wife-to be, June Carter), Folsom Prison Blues, A Boy Named Sue, to Man In Black, the song that gave Cash his nickname. 16 Biggest Hits is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to know more about country music, and in the case of Cash, the darker side of country music. And of course, there’s that voice. No one sounds like Johnny Cash, and no one will.
16 Biggest Hits by Johnny Cash is available on audiophile black vinyl.
