Fronted by the arresting figure of Hamburg-born chanteuse Billie Ray Martin, Electribe 101 took critics and fans by storm with their landmark 1990 debut album Electribal Memories. With a sound that was a perfect blend of chilly electro-pop, soulful deephouse and widescreen 60s film soundtracks, the album delivered a string of classicsingles, including Talking With Myself, Tell Me When The Fever Ended and YoureWalking. It was undeniably one of the most influential albums of its era.

For this brand-new compilation, on yellow vinyl, Billie Ray Martin has hand-picked some of the most exciting, rare and less frequently aired highlights from the Electribal
memories era.

Electribal Selections HMV 1921 limited edition yellow vinyl will ship on 12 July 2024.
