On A Back Porch Vol. 1 (RSD25 EX)
“Partnering with our good friends at Dogfish Head again, we have compiled an album filled with live versions of Grateful Dead classics drawn from archival live albums the band has produced. Spanning the years 1969, 1973, 1977, 1989, and 1991, ON A BACK PORCH, VOL 1 touches upon all eras of Grateful Dead music, and features classics such as “Eyes Of The World, ” “Here Comes Sunshine, ” and rarer cuts including “Easy Wind, ” and “Big Railroad Blues.” Mastered by GRAMMY Award-winning engineer, David Glasser at Airshow Mastering, ON A BACK PORCH will get you in the mood for sipping your new favourite Grateful Dead beer by Dogfish Head on a back porch in July, or any of the other 11 months of the year.” – David Lemieux
