DFA 2163 – 2 LPs in a gatefold jacket
Commissioned by Nike, DJ James Murphy, who performs as LCD Soundsystem, recorded 45:33 as a non-stop seamless workout, starting out slow, and building to an uptempo disco homage. Originally quietly released as a download, it is now available as a 2 LP set.
NME says:‘Hes the grizzled perfectionist behind one of 2007s finest albums…’
