Live Phish on LP #2
JEMP – LP on Limited BLUE WAVES / BLUE-AQUA SPLATTER colored vinyl
LP ON LP 02 continues with “Waves” from technical rehearsal the night before Summer Tour 2011 began at Bethel Woods. Despite its origin, Bethel Tech “Waves” was anything but practice – it was a profound improvisation experienced live by only the band and crew. Phish archivist Kevin Shapiro first premiered the Bethel Tech Waves, which includes elements of John Coltranes A Love Supreme theme, on an episode of From The Archives broadcast on Phishs The Bunny radio station at their July 2011 Super Ball IX festival.LP ON LP 02 was recorded by Jon Altschiller and mixed from the multitrack masters by Elliot Scheiner.
